Please check the individual workshop Title/Description for class prerequisites. Familiarity with Windows or OSX, including file management and working with multiple windows/ applications, is necessary for most workshops. Training in Office and Productivity Skills (TOPS) offers workshops covering Windows topics, as well as workshops in WORD, POWERPOINT, EXCEL and ACCESS
