Beginning HTML

Learning the basics of HTML will give you an understanding of how to build a
webpage using code. It is a great foundation skill, whether you continue
to use code, or if you switch to a WYSIWYG editor.

Today you will learn how to create a basic html document with the following:

• A horizontal line
• A graphic from the web
• A graphic from a file
• A link to a website
• A link to an email address

1. Change the background color
2. Change the text face
3. Use the heading attribute
